Il 2018 è l’Anno Europeo del Patrimonio Culturale. L’obiettivo è quello di incoraggiare a scoprire e lasciarsi coinvolgere dal patrimonio culturale e rafforzare il senso di appartenenza a un comune spazio europeo.
Sono felice di festeggiarlo con i miei workshop di disegno e acquerello, insieme a WAVE MARKET all’interno dell’OUTDOR FESTIVAL che si terrà a Roma negli spazi dell’ex Mattatoio, dal 14 aprile al 12 maggio.

WORKSHOP DI ACQUERELLO al WAVE MARKET 2018

Domenica 15 aprile 14:30-16:30

ALBERI. Workshop di acquerello sui monumenti verdi della nostra città.

Dipingere come azione di conoscenza, di tutela e di valorizzazione di un patrimonio dal grande valore botanico ma anche storico-culturale e paesaggistico. Dalla foglia al ramo e al tronco fino a scoprire la forma del pino, del leccio, della roverella, del cipresso e di tante altre specie tipiche della nostra città. Si inizia con un’introduzione sulla tecnica dell’acquerello e si continua con la sperimentazione pratica. Non sono richieste particolari competenze. Materiale a cura degli organizzatori, chi vuole può portare il proprio kit di acquerelli, pennelli e fogli.

Street&Urban – Sabato 28 aprile 

14:30- 16:00

COLLAGE DELLA MIA CITTA. Laboratorio di collage e disegno. Per bambini (6-12anni)

I palazzi, le cupole, i ponti, gli obelischi ma anche gli alberi della mia città diventano forme colorate da ritagliare. Incollate sul un foglio sopra, sotto o una accanto all’altra danno vita al “collage della mia città”.

17:00-19:00

URBAN SKETCHES. Workshop di disegno dal vero nelle aree all’aperto dell’ex Mattatoio. Per adulti.

Disegni rapidi, efficaci, vibranti. Appoggiati a un muro, seduti per terra o a testa in su. Ognuno col suo segno potrà scegliere il punto di vista, lo scorcio, l’angolazione, tracciare linee, riempire masse per dare forma al ritratto di uno dei più importanti ed interessanti edifici industriali di Roma. Matite e taccuini saranno messi a disposizione dagli organizzatori. Non sono richieste particolari competenze in disegno.

Sabato 12 maggio 17:00-19:00

IL GIARDINO SUL TAVOLO. Workshop di acquerello dal vero.

Viaggio pittorico sensoriale alla scoperta delle forme naturali di piante aromatiche e fioriture. Osservare la forma, la simmetria, il colore di una foglia o di un fiore. Sentirne il profumo e toccarli. Tutto serve a dipingere. Ecco che un giardino può trovare posto in un vaso come su un foglio.

Si inizia con un’introduzione sulla tecnica dell’acquerello e si continua con la sperimentazione pratica e la libera interpretazione grafico-pittorica dei soggetti. Non sono richieste particolari competenze. Materiale a cura degli organizzatori, chi vuole può portare il proprio kit di acquerelli, pennelli e fogli.

 

2018 is the European Year of Cultural Heritage. The aim is to encourage more people to discover and engage with Europe’s cultural heritage, and to reinforce a sense of belonging to a common European space.
I am happy to celebrate it with my drawing and watercolor workshops, together with WAVE MARKET inside the OUTDOR FESTIVAL which will be held in Rome in the spaces of the former Mattatoio, from April 14th to May 12th.

WATERCOLOR  WORKSHOP at WAVE MARKET 2018

Sunday, April 15th, 2.30pm and 4.30pm

TREES. Watercolor workshop on the green monuments of our city.

Painting as an action of study, protection and enhancement of a heritage of great botanical historical and cultural value. From the leaf to the branch down to the trunk and to discover the shape of the pine, the holm oak, the oak, the cypress and many other species typical of our city. We will start with an introduction to the watercolor technique and continue with practical experimentation. No special skills are required. Material will be provided by the organizers. You can bring your own kit of watercolors, brushes and paper if you like.

Street & Urban – Saturday April 28th 

From 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm

COLLAGE OF MY CITY. Collage and drawing workshop. For children (6-12 years)

The buildings, the domes, the bridges, the obelisks but also the trees of my city become colorful shapes to cut out. Glued on a sheet above, below or next to each other give life to the “collage of my city”.

From 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

URBAN SKETCHES. Outdoor live drawing workshop in the areas of the former Mattatoio.

Quick, effective, vibrant drawings. Leaning against a wall, sitting on the ground or looking upwards. Everyone with the own sign and style can choose the preferred point of view, glimpse and angle to portrait one of the most important and interesting industrial buildings in Rome. Pencils and notebooks will provided by the organizers. The workshop is suitable for everyone, no particular drawing skills are required.

Saturday 12 May 17: 00-19: 00

THE GARDEN ON THE TABLE. Watercolor workshop from life.

A sensorial and pictorial journey to discover the natural forms of aromatic plants and blooms. Observe the shapes, the symmetries and the colors of leaves and flowers. Feeling the scent and touching the plants. Everything leads to paint: a garden can find its place in a vase as well as on a sheet of paper.

We will start with an introduction to the watercolor technique and continue with practical experimentation. No special skills are required. Material will be provided by the organizers. You can bring your own kit of watercolors, brushes and paper if you like.
